The lessons delivered are very clear and easy to understand for me, besides that the teacher provides interesting case studies in the application of the formulas used in data analysis. The instructor always asks us about the participants' understanding of each material presented, which is good so that participants can relate and apply it to more complex issues. Interactive learning is very helpful for us in solving problems in writing program code. Assignments given to participants make participants more sensitive and accustomed to practicing what they have learned, and the opportunity to ask questions about the assignments given in the following week is a good thing so that participants can confirm their understanding of the tasks given. I have completed the DATA SCIENCE course with edvantage India which was conducted last year. It was a very well organised course which had a duration of 15 days. In that we were taught some basics things about the python language followed by their application in petroleum industry. We were regulars given problems and the solutions were discussed in the next class. When we excelled in the basics we were introduced with data science. Now in this part of the course we were taught to analysis a problem from a business point of view and find the most efficient solution. We were divided into groups and our task was to create a business model for a particular problem. Having done so we understood how actually a business model works

Very interesting course. Enjoyed it even more due to the integration of data science in theory alongside industry case study through the simulation of a mockup industry standard project experience. If you do not have access to these materials at hand, this course presents all you need, from understanding the fundementals of data science and integrating it to solve engineering challenges in our oil& gas sector. The instructors were very experienced and easy to follow! Definitely recommend this course to anyone looking to further delve into the realms of data analytics within the O&G sector.
